This system also has carefully designed joints that allow for controlled expansion and contraction in all directions. These mechanical features allow the components to work in concert, yet independent of one another, to avoid distortion and metal fatigue.
Unlike other metal roofs, our profiles can be spaced much further apart without detriment to performance and aesthetics, resulting in a customized profile that enhances the architecture.
Evolution
The Overly Evolution metal wall and roof system is without raised batten or standing seams and exposed fasteners. The system consists of a hidden drain channel, compression bar, cover cap and cladding sheets. The smooth, contemporary design appears monolithic when viewed from just a short distance. It's an 'Evolution' to all the standard metal wall and roof systems available throughout the history of the industry.
Applications
The Overly Evolution system can be installed on sloped roofs and vertical walls. Panels can be curved and/or tapered for barrel vaults and domes or spherical shapes. The system features hidden fasteners and an internal drainage component which removes any moisture that migrates into the system and skillfully designed joints which allow for the expansion and contraction. The system is the exterior exposed comonent of a wall/roof composite assembly. Several composite assemblies are available ranging from thin to thick as determined by aesthetic preferences or as necessary to meet performance requirements such as thermal, structural and fire ratings.
Bermuda
The height and depth of the Bermuda panel can be customized to suit various aesthetic preferences. The unique internal drain channel and transition flashing ensure leak-proof performance.

DIMENSION XP™ is an interlocking dry joint design pulled from the best of the Overly by East Coast archives.
Using concealed fasteners this solid metal panel is suitable for exterior and interior facades, soffits, and ceiling applications. Panels can be used in both back-ventilated rainscreen and barrier wall construction. Ready to install from the factory, DXP offers design flexibility and large panel formats in a variety of metals and finishes.
